Thank you for your question. It is feasible and I would recommend Nasal hump reduction and Tip rhinoplasty to make your nose smoother and smaller for more of a feminine look. With this picture attached, your nasal bone and cartilage are quite prominent, after the procedure, of course you can see the difference like smoother line and smaller size, but please note that there will still be some limitation in size.

Different patients have different conditions, but in general cases, after 2~3 months of recovery you can safely skydive. If you had open rhinoplasty almost 1 year ago, there is no problem to do skydive.

But If you still want to make sure, you should talk to your surgeon to make sure agian.

From the photo you have provided, the primary concern would be the bulbous tip which is a common concern to most of Asian patients. I recommend giving slight height to the bridge using silicon with cartliage graft on your tip and make your alar rim smaller. Keeping the natural shape would also be your main goal.

The position where the implant should be inserted should be accordingly decided. The surgeon cannot insert the implant in wrong place for patient’s safety.
