She underwent Zygoma reduction (cheek bone reduction) + Angle reduction ( mandibular jawline reduction). This is 6months post op pictures of her 45 degrees view. As you can see, the jaw line bone and cheek bone line has been smoonthly reduced bringing more a feminine look of the face.
