31 year old woman with small 32A cup breasts presented to my office for a breast augmentation. She was interested in round, fuller breasts in the full B to small C cup range. She underwent a breast augmentation using Mentor smooth, round, high profile 275cc silicone gel implants. The implants are under the muscle and were placed through inframammary fold incisions.
