This 33 year old woman had prior transaxillary saline breast augmentation. She developed implant malposition and contracture on the left. She thought the implant was deflated. At surgery, Dr Lyle found a capsular contracture and an intact implant. The patient wanted somewhat larger get implants so her 450 cc saline devices were switched to 550 cc Allergan gel devices with partial capsulectomy.
