This 44 year old woman noted drooping of her breastsafter childbirth. Dr Lyle had previously performed a tummy tuck on her and now she wanted a breast lift. She did not want implants- just slightly smaller breasts with elevation of her nipple positions and a prettier shape. She underwent a vertical breast lift which is performed with less scarring- avoiding a long scar in the infra mammary fold. She only had about 50 grams of skin and excess fat removed from each breast - preserving all of her breast tissue.
