This 31 year old mother of 2 children had prior subglandular saline implants which were overinflated buy her previous surgeon. She had severe rippling and easily palpable "fake" appearing breasts. She sought help form Dr Lyle who corrected things by changing to a subpectoral pocket and using a silicone gel implant. He also used allograft to thicken and reinforce the tissue. She had major improvement in her appearance. Her tissue was so thin that additional procedures may be necessary to decrease rippling and palpability further.
