Hello and thank you for your question and pictures. While sculpsure could be performed, it would take several treatments to see a result you may be happy with. This could get costly. I feel you would best be served with a tummy tuck along with some diet and exercise prior to surgery to get your BMI below 30.

While an exam helps to asses the muscle separation or diastasis present, I typically would also evaluate it at the time of surgery when I am looking directly at the muscle. At that point I would make my final decision on repairing it or not.
