This is a patient who underwent a gastric bypass procedure and lost 125 lbs prior to seeing me. Her before pictures are after the weight loss. The midline vertical scar is from her open gastric bypass procedure. She underwent tummy tuck with liposuction and repair of her rectus diastasis (seperation of muscles).
