This patient underwent breast implant removal (explant) with total (Enbloc) capsulectomy. She had 295 cc smooth silicone implants that were placed underneath the muscle 18 years ago. She also underwent an anchor pattern (wise pattern) breast lift. As she continues to heal the breast tissue will continue to settle and “round out”. Note the incisions do not cross her tan lines and are well concealed within her bra/bikini.
