If you have already had a scar revision, I would think that another is less likely to help. In terms of shape, this can certainly be changed, but you and your plastic surgeon need to be on exactly the same page. Communication is key

There are certainly measures that can be taken to affect the shape of your eyelid crease. The surgery is more involved than traditional upper eyelid bleph, so its a little more to go through.

This is in general probably a bad idea. Butt implants sometimes have problems even years after the original surgery, so i would think the risk of infection would not be worth it

If you want your shape to change significantly, you may need a more extensive type mastopexy employed. Donut mastopexy has significant limitations in changing the shape. You may do better with a lollipop

You have a long NAC to IMF distance, This allows for a significant portion of your volume to rest beneath the NAC. This would have to be shortened to give you more upper pole fullness, or you could elect for a larger implant. Options would then include inferior wedge mastopexy, or raising your IMF, or easiest, bigger implant. Importantly, the water-hammering effect of saline implants will frequently preclude long-term upper pole fullness that you desire.

In looking at your pictures, it is important to note that your NAC position is not symmetric, and your IMFs are not symmetric. Your overall shape looks similar. On the right, your implant is perhaps a cm too high. Given the recent surgery, waiting is the only prudent plan.

Whatever the issue is with your breasts, I would hope it is not accidental removal of your pectoral muscles. From what I can see, they look ok, not great, but ok.
