This patient had a Fleur-De-Lis tummy tuck with liposuction. the Fleur-De-Lis is for patients with extremely redundant abdominal skin after massive weight loss or bariatric surgery. In a Fleur-De-Lis, excess skin and fatty tissue is removed and abdominal muscles can be repaired through a standard tummy tuck incision as well as a vertical incision in the center of the abdomen.
