Thanks for the question. Liposuction is designed for individuals that have discrete areas of excess fat where the overlying skin will tighten after the fat is removed. Based upon your photos, you would be an excellent candidate for the procedure. The next step would simply be to meet with a board-certified plastic surgeon for further evaluation.
