Thanks so much for your question.  I would have to examine you in person but I do believe a peri-areolar lift would give you a perkier result compared to a surgery without any type of lift.  You need to be careful when performing that type of lift that you are only lifting a patient by a small amount.  It’s a great surgery with great results when done on the right patient (someone like you with minimal droop to the breast).  When it’s done on someone with more droop you can have poor results...

Thanks so much for your question. I think based on your photos and the photos you have listed as goal photos, thanks so much for your question. I think based on your photos and the photos you have as wish photos you would be able to accomplish your goals.  You do have a fair amount of scarring that could be made better. There’s also tissue in the lower aspect of your breast they could be recruited to give you the desired looks your after.

Thanks so much for your question. Based on your photos you are the type of person that this procedure is designed for. You have skin laxity that would be gotten rid of with a tummy tuck. You also have a little bit of protrusion of your abdomen that would be made better. I think you would have a phenomenal result with a tummy tuck.  Good luck. Hope this helps.

Thanks so much for your question.  Based on your photos I think that you would be an excellent candidate for mastopexy without an implant . You want to be smaller in size and you are also asking to be perkier. I think an implant might give you too large a size.  A breast lift might be the perfect solution to accomplish all your goals. I believe your “ideal photo” that shows improved cleavage is certainly attainable if you select the right type of implant. Thanks so much for your question. There’s no data that would suggest that type of therapy can have an adverse effect on breast implants. That type of therapy is typically used by physical therapists for contraction of smooth muscle. Many pro sports teams use these therapies when athletes are injured. It helps to remove swelling from soft tissue spaces. That type of temperature shift or smooth muscle contraction won’t have any adverse affect on your implants longevity. Hope this helps.

Thank you so much for your question. Previous surgery for Meckel’s diverticulum shouldn’t play any issue in a future tummy tuck.  A standard Meckel’s repair involves incisions on the lower portion of a baby’s abdomen. This won’t affect any vascularity when it comes to performing a tummy tuck.  Since you have ruled out a hernia with imaging studies then the firmness you are feeling is residual scar tissue.  This can all be “cleaned up” at the time of your tummy tuck.  You seem to be a great c...

Thanks so much for you question.  I wouldn't recommend anything other than a full lift based on your photos.  Lesser lifts will not adequately support your breast tissue and it will sag again.  You can place an implant but that is up to you in terms of desired goals and final size that you would like to be after surgery.  I would have a conversation with your surgeon so you can go over all the various types of implants and how they might improve your overall breast appearance.Hope this helps.

Thanks so much for your question.  Based on your photos I would say you have grade 2 ptosis.  That is categorized as the nipple being below the infra-mammary fold but not at the lowest position of the breast.  Based on you current location you might want to consider a lift.  This would give you a perkier overall position and take pressure off your back and neck.  Hope that helps.

 Thanks so much for your question. It really depends on what your final goals are. If you’d like to have more superior pole fullness and a very perky look than adding a breast lift might give you that desired outcome. Thanks so much for your question. Typically you can return to work in 7 to 10 days. You can start to work out again in about three weeks but it will be limited. At three weeks, after a tummy tuck, you can’t do any core workouts or run but you could do non-impact aerobics. You could be fully back by about five weeks. Hope this helps.  Good luck.

What’s the best way for me to correct my saggy breasts? Thanks so much for your question. Based on your photos it appears that you have  tuberous breast deformity. You appear to have a high infra mammary fold position and that’s causing your breast to droop over the top of that area. I think you would do well with a breast lift and possibly breast augmentation depending on your overall goals. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Thanks so much for your question. This is something I’m asked all the time. Typically you can get back to being a mom in about a week. 10 days you can usually get back to work as long as you’re not having to lift anything over 20 pounds. You can start to work out at three weeks. Can be back to full activity by 4 to 6 weeks. No need to tell anyone what you specifically had done. I would just have a letter stating lifting restrictions from your doctor prior to going back to work.
