Patient is a 69-year-old female who came to see Dr. Shaun Parson, Scottsdale, AZ. She wanted correction to wrinkling in her face. During her consultation, Dr. Parson noted perioral rhytids and jowling along with platysmal banding and deepening of the nasolabial folds. After their detailed consultation patient elected to undergo a facelift with perioral dermabrasion.
