This patient desired improvement in her body contour including improvement in the shape of her buttock without adding fat. Using the technique of Safe Lipo® fat was selectively removed from her posterior flanks, and her pre-sacral area (the area just over the cleft between her buttocks). Incisions were made above the cleft between her buttock and her lateral thigh area.
