Hi,I agree with some of the comments below. If you put 600cc implants in the sub-glandular position you will come to regret it. Time and gravity will pull your breasts very low on the chest wall and will thin out the dermis. Make sure you see several plastic surgeons to understand all of your options.Regards,Daniel A. HI,You ask a very good question. Your left areola is larger than the right and is quite pale. An areolar reduction to match the other side will have to remove a fair amount of skin and will result in a bunched scar for several months. The bunching will settle down, but the scar may ultimately widen or appear irregular (even in the best of hands). How to fix a double bubble deformity

HI,You have what is called a "double bubble" deformity. The implant has dropped below the level of the original inframammary fold. There is not a perfect solution for this, but during revision surgery the fold can be released to allow the overlying tissue to stretch and the implant capsule can be tightened to move the implant higher in the pocket. This should result in a significant improvement, but relapse and recurrent dropping of the implant can take  place. All my best,Daniel A. Medalie, MD

It is hard to tell with the pictures that you posted, but I almost always recommend wedge technique. This tightens the labia while retaining normal structures so that even an aggressive approach does not completely eliminate the normal anatomy. I have seen over aggressive trim surgery which is essentially labial amputation and not aesthetically pleasing in the least. Make sure that whoever you go to has plenty of experience and is board certified.

HI,A peri-areolar lift will give you a modest lift effect that may work if combined with a small implant. If done alone you will get some benefit but it will be small and will not lift the bulk of your breast tissue. HI,Almost invariably, if a patient has had three children and is unhappy with her abdominal contour, then a tummy tuck is the right answer. HI,I guess the answer to your question is that you need to find a doctor that you trust. The other answer is that in most patients the capsule does not really need to be removed. HI,I perform wedge labiaplasty on almost every patient that I treat. I believe that it is the best method for labial reduction and gives excellent results. The blood supply to the labia are quite robust and I have never had a wound healing issue (except in smokers who I will not operate on).
