This 19 year old male presented to Dr. Medalie at his Cleveland east side office with right sided gynecomastia which was both fibrous and fatty in nature. Dr. Medalie took him to the OR at University Suburban Health Surgery Center on Cleveland’s east side to remove the excess tissue of the right chest with a combination of ultrasonic liposuction and direct excision via a peri-areolar approach. He is shown just two months after the surgery with excellent post-op contour and chest symmetry.
