The answer is "Yes" BUT you would look even better with muscle tightening. Thank you for your question. In my experience the Ideal implant will not feel hard and will not slosh. It is much better than the standard saline implant but not as natural as the silicone gel implant. However, it does not require any long term follow up regarding rupture whereas the silicone gel implant doea. The beauty of the ideal implant is that it gives patients an additional option when it comes to breast augmentation.

Thank you for this common question and the photos. When it comes to sizing I also encourage patients to choose the largersize if they are stuck between two sizes. The reasoning behind this is thatalmost all patients will say they could have gone bigger. What you don't wantto say is, "I should have gone bigger."25 cc difference is mostly psychological.

This is most likely nothing to be concerned with BUT you do not know that. You paid to have a surgeon do your procedure but that also includes taking care of you after the surgery. By all means you should call your surgeon with any concerns tat you have. I personally would rather be called than to find out later that there was a problem and I was not contacted.

Thanks for your question and the photos. Your implants are riding high for 6 weeks but they will com down much more. Only time will tell, unfortunately. If your surgeon is not concerned then I would tell you to trust your surgeon. I have had patients where it too longer and was a slower descent process but they did fine. Be patient and do what your surgeon tells you and perhaps try to pin him/her down by asking when they would be concerned that the implants were not coming down.

Thank you for your picture and question. It is very difficult to give you any definitive answer but you do appear to need a tummy tuck. You have fat inside your belly also and that will be the ultimate determinant of the final shape. If you can get rid of some of that the shape would be much better.

Thank you for your question and the photos.There are 4 components to the way our bellies look and in order to answer you question effectively an in person consultation would be required. The examining plastic surgeon would be able to tell which components are the problem and the ways to fix them.

Thank you for your question and the pictures.Sculpsure or Coolsculpting can reduce the amount of fat bet to date there is nothing that is non invasive that will reliably reduce the skin. Also a 50% reduction is probably not realistic in your case.A full evaluation in person would be required.
