Patient undergoing "360" liposuction (full abdomen, waist, flanks, hips and bra strap region of the mid/upper back. BMI 29. Patient desired a a profound curve of the waist. Approximately 800cc lipoaspirate was removed per side. Procedure was performed under local anesthesia with oral sedation ("awake anesthesia".
