54 year old male , BMI 25.6, wanted to remove "love handles". He under went liposuction of the flanks and waist (love handle regions) utilizing local anesthesia with oral sedation. 400cc lipoaspirate was removed from each side, for a total of 800cc of fat. Approximately 3" was removed from his waist size.
