This 82 year old patient was getting ready for her grandson's wedding. She was nervous about the possibility of going under anesthesia for the Upper Blepharoplasty. In most cases, including hers, I perform this procedure in the office using a combination of localized numbing with oral medication to relax the patient. I have had no one have a problem doing the surgery this way.
