Patient had a previous breast augmentation/lift utilizing textured silicone gel implants outside of the country in 12 years prior to presenting at the office. She presented with a class IV capsular contracture. A breast lift scar revision was performed along with bilateral capsulectomies, implant replacement and removal of free silicone gel material from a ruptured implant.
