After having her breast implants removed, this patient came to me again for fat grafting to fill in the area where her breasts were visibly indented. For her procedure I injected 125cc of fat into each breast through an incision at the medial inframammary fold. I also released the internal scar adhesions that were contributing to the indentation through a small incision. After photos are 5 months after her procedure.
