Male to female gender confirming breast augmentation, after photos are 3 months post-op. Implants were Natrelle Inspira SSF 415cc smooth round silicone, placed subpectoral. Her implants will continue to drop more over the next 3-9 months. After being on hormone treatment for several years, she was an A cup prior to surgery and is now at a C cup.
