The patient is a 40-year-old woman who presented with micromastia and marked ptosis for breast augmentation with lift. Patient goals included greater fullness opposed to greater projection. Smooth, round, moderate plus profile, 375cc, silicone implants were placed under the muscle and a full lift was completed.
