The patient is a 49-year-old woman, with a personal history of left breast cancer who initially underwent breast conservation treatment with left lumpectomy and radiation therapy and later required left mastectomy and microvascular flap reconstruction for recurrence. Pt underwent fat grafting to both breasts and nipple creation on the reconstructed breast.
