This 36 yo female saw me in my plastic surgery office to discuss abdominoplasty. She was 5’6 ½ “ tall, weighed 151 lbs She had lost about 50 lbs with diet and exercise. She has 4 children and her main complaint was that her “tummy hangs in four”. She was unable to improve the contour of her abdomen despite her weight loss and exercise. She had an abdominoplasty with liposuction and loves her new abdomen. She is seen here 1 year later with a tattoo on her abdomen which she now likes to show off.
