This 29 yo young lady came to see me in my plastic surgery office for tummy tuck and breast augmentation. She had seen me one year prior and lost 40 pounds since her initial visit. She was 5’8 ½ “ and was down to 163 lbs from 205 lbs. She was unhappy with the appearance of her abdomen, mainly the loose skin and stretch marks. She initially underwent abdominoplasty with liposuction of flanks. She came back a year later for breast augmentation.
