The child had congenital ptosis. She underwent ptosis correction with a Levator muscle resection under general anesthesia. Surgery was done via skin approach. The scar lay hidden in her eyelid fold and was barely visible two months into the surgery. The skin approach also allowed creation of a beautiful eyelid crease.
