This patient was had undergone incision and curettage procedure twice for a right upper eyelid swelling, diagnosed as a chalazion. The swelling nevertheless kept increasing in size and she presented to us the picture on the left. She underwent an excision biopsy of the eyelid cystic lesion. The lesion was confirmed to be a cyst on histopathology and she did well post operatively, as seen on the picture to the right which was taken 1 week post-surgery. She has had with no recurrence in 2 year follow up.
