When this patient contacted me and we consulted, I could tell she was an excellent candidate for tear trough correction with filler.
I did advise however that in addition to tear trough she should also get cheek filler to support the tear trough - and since we were able to do BOTH - we achieved the BEST result.
(1) syringe of Juvederm Volbella and (1) syringe of Juvederm Voluma.
Long term, this patient could probably use another syringe or two in the cheeks.
