Dr. Croley is Board Certified in Anesthesiology, Critical Care Medicine, Aesthetics, and Anti-Aging Medicine. Dr. Croley is also an active member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and has participated in numerous meetings with legislators in Washington, DC to discuss issues important to the specialty of Anesthesiology as well as medical education.

When Dr. Croley isn't at his aesthetic practice treating patients, he serves as the Director of Aesthetics through Empire Medical where he teaches other physicians and healthcare providers the latest techniques in aesthetic and anti-aging medicine.

In my experience, a double spin system provides the highest quality PRP and patients tend to have the best results when I use this system. It is important that your provider is using a FDA cleared device.

It appears from the photos that filler may still be present. Dissolving filler can be challenging at times. Options for treatment would include another session of dissolving or evaluation by an a medical provider trained in facial ultrasound to evaluate the peri oral area and assess for residual hyaluronic acid filler. With ultrasound, the dissolving agent can be placed directly into the filler rather than just placed throughout the entire area.
