Rand is CANS certified and a nation trainer for several pharma companies. He trains MD, NP, PA and RN on advance injection techniques. Rand is supported by a team of professionals at Rush To Beauty that includes Carlo Honrado MD, but also Michele Florez RN CANS & Jamsion Williams NP.

Rand is a member of numerous professional organizations, holds current certifications in a wide range of nursing specialties and is licensed in CA, NY, NV, NM, UT and ID.

Biography: Jamison is a transplant from Atlanta, GA who now lives in the heart of West Hollywood! He began his career as a Nurse Practitioner in the hospital setting, starting in Neurosurgery, then transitioning into Cardiothoracic Surgery for 4 years, which he feels gave him a rock-solid foundation in patient evaluation and safety. With a life-long passion for all things creative and artistic, once he discovered Aesthetic Medicine, he was hooked!

His bubbly personality along with his attention to detail and individualized approach gives each patient a unique and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Having studied cosmetic injectables with several of the top injectors in the country, Jamison’s creative talent and eye for injections make him the perfect addition to the Rush To Beauty team!

Biography: Michele graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1992 and began her career at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center where she specialized in orthopedic nursing. In 1998, she moved to California and began her journey in the medical sales arena of Dermatology and Aesthetics.

Michele describes herself as an artist, an educator, and a perfectionist. She combines her knowledge of aesthetic products with her creative passion for natural beauty, seeing each face as its own palette and never adhering to a cookie-cutter approach. Every person is unique with their own individual anatomy and musculature, and it’s important to Michele to customize a plan that is specific to each patient. So, she is very simpatico with RTB’s philosophy.
