Kybella, The non-surgical way to get rid of that double or triple chin! :)
I am a Huge fan of injecting the least amount needed to get to the end goal. With Kybella, it is recommended that patients get 2 vials per treatment but I usually get away with half that which everyone loves because it saves them so much money! This patient only got one vial of Kybella (so half the recommended dose) and this is her before and 4 weeks after. We did 1 more vial on this day after we shot the photo and I will do my best to post another when she is 4 weeks out of the 2nd vial. I do not anticipate her needing any more than this. Also, everyone knows that swelling with Kybella can be profound for a few days but in my experience, when I am only injecting half the recommended amount, it is not as noticeable or an issue socially at all.
This patient had no weight loss, and there were no weird tactics to make the pictures look good. If anything her chin is angled up in the before making the fullness under her chin look better than it is. So these are very real, unretouched photos of my real patient.
