What could I do to improve my side profile?
Side profile
Aug 28, 2023
Hi there! There are a number of things we can do as providers to give you a better side profile. One great treatment that absolutely transforms the face is chin filler. By measuring your face and seeing if/where you need chin projection or elongation, we can place the product deep down to the bone to achieve the most aesthetically appealing result. For women, this contributes to a more heart shaped appearance to the face and for men, when product is put further away from the center of chin,…
Dysport caused sunken under eyes and saggy lower eyelids, will this resolve on its own?
Dysport eye sagging
Aug 28, 2023
Hi there! Providers have to be very careful when injecting under the eye so as to not give the patient an “expressionless” smile or give the appearance of a shelf of flattening in the area. The good news is, this will resolve in a about 3 months. In the future though, you may want to avoid the under eye injections. Hope that helps!
Can I do laser hair removal while on adderall 20mg/day?
Adderall and Laser Hair Removal
Jul 26, 2023
Hello, It is entirely safe to continue Adderall while completing a series of laser hair removal treatments. There is no photosensitivity that Adderall causes so it does not need to be discontinued prior to your treatment. The only medications taken orally that need to be discontinued are antibiotics in the tetracycline family such as doxycycline and minocycline. Hope this helps.
Will laser hair removal target ingrowns as well or should I consider other options?
Ingrown hair and laser hair removal
Jul 26, 2023
Hello, Yes! Laser hair removal targets the melanin in the hair shaft causing it to become less course and ultimately fall out. As long as the hair being treated is either black or brown, it will help to alleviate the occurrence of ingrown hairs as well. This is because ingrown hairs are the result of thick, coarse hair that gets impacted under the skin causing irritation. By removing the hair, you will have less ingrown hairs in that region. Hope that helps!
