You will probably be in a girdle or garment of some type that is uncomfortable. You walk hunched over so now your back hurts! Its not any one thing, but rather the accumulation of a lot of annoyances that cause the misery.

The pain medicine and muscle relaxants will get you through. The key is to go with the flow on those meds, and not try to be too tough at first. After a few days you will be able to taper off those drugs in the daytime, saving them for when you are trying to fall asleep.
