Thank you for your question.  Unfortunately your photos appear far too close up to evaluate properly.  I would recommend evaluation by a board-certified plastic surgeon who is experienced in breast and body work to determine the appropriate surgical plan to return your body to its pre-baby state.  Tummy tuck, liposuction and mini tummy tuck are all potential options; as are breast augmentation both with and without lift.

Thank you for your question and your photos.  Indeed you should not require a formal mastopexy (lift), with its associated scars, to correct your problem.  Symmetry could likely be achieved with a slightly smaller implant, coupled with some work to tighten the internal capsule around the implant, especially at its lower-most margin.  That said, your result is overall very good.  You could easily avoid a second operation altogether.
Am I eligible for a donut incision (or smaller)? I don’t want enormous scars.
