Bigger implants never solve issues with an inadequate lift. That theory has been debunked. What you need is a better lift and better positioning of the implant to improve your shape. In my experience, the best outcome comes from reducing the psuedo-herniation of the nipple areola of a tuberous breast with a periareolar lift or reduction of the circumference. This will allow a more harmonious result. But, even more important than that is the intra operative maneuvers that allow for a better expansion of the constricted base of your breasts.
