Injectables can have varying degrees of swelling especially early after injection, the irregularity/lump may also be a bruise that developed. These are issues that most likely will resolve in a couple of weeks. While ice, Arnica, etc. may help, if you are concerned it’s best to go see the Doctor that injected you so he/she can evaluate you and recommend a proper course of action.

Cellfina is done as a one time treatment to treat dimple cellulite and is FDA approved to reduce the appearance of cellulite for minimum 3 years (possibly longer). It can be combined with other treatments (Ultherapy, etc.) for skin tightening, or surgical procedures for body contouring. Great question! It is good to have realistic expectations for any plastic surgery. Based on your photos you would be a great candidate for a BBL and the results you are looking for (noticeable, bubble butt, NOT dramatic) should be achievable.
