Your description sounds like you have had an over-dissected breast implant pocket during the surgery, although a physical exam is required to know for certain. I would recommend getting a second opinion from a board certified plastic surgeon. The most affective means to correct this problem is with a biological mesh, such as Strattice, to form a hammock to push your implants back towards the center of your chest. It is unclear from the pictures and history exactly what your before pictures are showing, but it appears that you may have had a L breast capsular contracture and had a capsulectomy on the L breast resulting in bottoming out of the implant. I would highly encourage you to go back to your board certified plastic surgeon to discuss options to fix your problem. You are likely going to require a biological mesh, such as Strattice, to raise the implant and breast fold. Good luck!

It appears from the picture that these bumps are absorbable sutures. As your body heals, swelling resolves, and scars form, you may be able to see some of the buried, absorbable sutures. These sutures are either going to be absorbed or your body may spit them like a splinter. You can accelerate this process and improve your scar with scar massages along the suture line with cocoa butter or mederma. Hope this helps!

It appears that you have some normal bruising after the liposuction. However, you need to follow up with your plastic surgeon to confirm that it is normal and not a rash. Your butt should still look, feel, and move like a normal butt after a Brazilian Butt Lift. This procedure involves taking fat away from areas surrounding the buttocks and injecting the buttocks with purified fat to accentuate the butt. I do not recommend or perform buttock implant augmentation because it does not have the same natural look or feel as fat injections.

If your breasts are hard (capsular contracture), then you have to assume ruptured implant until proven otherwise. Either way, hard breasts years after augmentation require capsulectomies regardless of implant viability. I would not recommend wasting money on an MRI to determine if the implant is ruptured as the treatment for the contracture should not change. Good luck!

Determination of implant size is a personal decision. If you chose an implant that extends beyond your breast base, you are going to have a less natural appearing breast. Also, the larger the implant you chose in an augmentation/breast lift combined procedure, the higher the risk of nipple loss. That being said, you should be able to pick your implant size after being informed the risks associated with the implant size you chose. Good luck with your upcoming surgery!
