We offer different types of facials but the most popular is our HydraFacial.   The HydraFacial can be done on all skin types and is gentle but effective.  It exfoliates, does extractions with a gentle suction and infuses antioxidants in the skin and hydrates and plumps the skin.  We also use LED with the HydraFacial.  Its a great once a moth facial that gets great results and can be done on your lunch break.
What's the best treatment to remove brown, age spots?

IPL and Alexandrite Laser are great options for brown spots.  We typically recommend 3 treatments over the course of 3 months.  Also, use a retinol every night to help increase the cell turnover but discontinue 5 days prior to a laser treatment.

Looks like your skin is burned.  I would recommend keeping a Growth factor serum and cream to help speed up the healing and minimize any chance of scarring.  You will also need to keep it out of the sun and keep a Physical sunscreen on.

IPL is not the best choice for hair removal.  We recommend an Alexandrite and a Yag for Laser Hair removal.  The Yag is used for darker skin and Alexandrite for lighter skin. 
Does IPL or a photofacial effectively treat rosacea?

Yes, an IPL is a great treatment for Rosacea.  We usually recommend a series of 3 treatments 1 month apart.  The IPL helps with the vascular and redness of the skin.  I also recommend people with rosacea to get a maintenance treatment at least once a quarter or every other month if possible to help manage the rosacea.
After IPL how long does hyperpigmentation last?

We usually recommend a series of 3 IPL treatments for hyperpigmentation removal.  The dark spots usually get darker right after the treatment and will flake off in 7-10 days.  Most people will need 2 additional treatments.

Yes, an IPL cam injure your eyes.  You must wear protective goggles whenever you are in a room with an IPL being used.  The light can reflect off of a mirror or anything shiny and injure your eyes.

IPL,  Intense Pulsed Light is a great treatment for removing age spots (hyperpigmentation).  You might need multiple sessions but sometimes one treatment will work.  You must stay out of the sun 4 weeks prior to treatment and you can not be on antibiotics for 3 full days before a treatment.
Can I use Tretinoin with AHAs (glycolic and lactic acid)?

Yes, you can use Tretinoin with AHA's.  Always start slow when beginning a Tretinoin product.  Start 2 times a week for 2-3 weeks then 3 times a week for 3-4 weeks and add on nights as your skin acclimates to the product.

I understand your disappointment, I agree that the nipples are looking up, but is not because they are too high, is because most of the volume of the implants is on the inferior pole, and has stretched the skin on the bottom. It can take up to a full year for the swelling to resolve however it typically does not take that long. The earlier you have your implants the better. The textured implants will stay in place whereas the smooth will settle or drop as the lower pole of the breast stretches. You will get some stretching with the textured as well but not as much. That's why it's important to follow up with your board certified plastic surgeon as indicated. We take pictures preoperatively as well as at 6 weeks...
