So after your surgeon has cleared you to resume the gym / exercise – I would say stick with workouts and cardio that targets more muscle building than fat burning.
For example – heavy weights (squats, lower body) low repetition versus high repetition and light weights (more fat burning). But if you hypertrophy the gluteus – you can project the butt more and possibly lift and shape it more from that.

Hi,
I would suggest getting the implant removed sooner than later. If silicone is already showing up in the lymph nodes – means your body is starting to absorb the silicone itself (which might not be that detrimental to your health but is a foreign substance your body is reacting to).
ALCL – is always a small possibility with history of breast implant placement and swelling / change in breast size years later, therefore another reason to get them removed sooner than later. But on…

Hi,
In my opinion, I would agree with your surgeons opinion. There’s a slight degree of symmastia – so therefore, trying to achieve your wish pic results would be tough.
And 450 ml implants would add a lot of volume to your breasts making them much bigger and more cleavage (which usually is what women want to get after surgery – you want the opposite 🙂 )
Maybe try seeing another surgeon for a second opinion. But definitely creating that gap in between the breasts will be tough w…

Hi,
2 days out from a procedure (BBL) around the buttocks area should be normal – usually it’s from post op inflammation and swelling.
I would consult with your surgeon if there’s added symptoms to the hot temperature- i.e. fever, pain at the buttocks, drainage from any incisions, odor to the drainage..)
So, I would just keep any eye on the buttocks – but should resolve in the next 10-14 days.

Hi there,
So my recommendation is to wait about a year or so after pregnancy to do any surgery (cosmetic or not) just because you will be breast feeding still (any medications / anesthesia given to you will be transferred to baby) and the weight gained from pregnancy will settle out by that one years time as well (allowing for a better result – skin retraction / tightening mainly).
