Usually a muffin top is your lower back/hip area. This area can look like a "muffin top" after surgery because an abdominoplasty pulls everything in front so very tight and if you have pinch able fat in the lower back/hip area this will looks more emphasized naturally. I like to address this with liposuction in congruent with my abdominoplasties. If you are talking about a "fat pad" above the pubic area you will want to ask your surgeon if they Lipo suctioned this area. I always address this...

If you have a capsular contraction sometimes the implant company with reimburse for another implant. You do need some surgery on both breast and not necessarily the same. The only way to get the breast off the upper abdomen is to do a lift...This will leave a scar around the areolar and down like a lollipop. A implant lives behind the muscle and without a lift the breast will waterfall off the implant, it wont scoop the breast up/off the abdomen.

Its always best to be at your ideal weight prior to surgery for optimal results. I cannot see your back area but Lipo is common with a tummy tuck on your lower back area (hips) and flanks.I would chase your abdominal incision as far as possible or "extended" to get the best results.

This appears to be something called tethering cords. It is a benign condition which can occur after breast surgery and generally resolve over time (weeks to months)Swelling while your breast are healing can make your already stretch marks more noticeable. Give this time to heal.
