There are risks associated with that type of treatment and is generally not recommended to increase breast size in women. I would suggest a breast augmentation instead.

Try on the sizes and see what you feel more comfortable with. You wouldn’t notice a 25cc difference. You would typically need a 50-100cc difference to make a visible difference.  Good luck!

You probably wouldn’t have the best result on your abdomen if you have a lot of stretchmarks.  You may benefit more from a tummy tuck to improve the appearance of your abdomen.That has nothing to do with the transfer of fat.  Make sure your surgeon understands your desired goal — a flatter tummy or more volume to the buttocks, or both.

Swelling can make the treated area appear lumpy for several months.  If it doesn’t improve after 6 months you should discuss with your surgeon.  It’s far too soon to expect a final result.

It is normal to have bruising and swelling for the first couple weeks after liposuction.  You may not realize you are swollen, but the swelling continues through the first few months after liposuction with gradual improvement.  Some patients may experience slight numbness of the skin if you had the Smartlipo Triplex procedure.  You should see good results from the contouring at about 6 months.  If you had Smartlipo Triplex, improvements from skin tightening should be observed between 9-1…

It is normal to drain the tumescent fluid for up to 48 hours post-liposuction.  The fluid would most likely look like watered down blood.  For your own convenience, I would wait until you stop draining fluid to wash your garment; however, there shouldn’t be any problem with washing it sooner.  If you feel the fluid is actually bleeding and not tumescent solution, you should call your surgeon to check.

It can be normal to have swelling at 4 weeks. You should be most concerned with any sudden changes.  Always call your surgeon’s office with concerns such as this as they may need to evaluate in person.

The skin can only stretch so far, but we can often achieve this size difference for a first time augmentation. Every patient is different. Your surgeon should be able to estimate this after evaluation.

You should find an experienced surgeon that you trust.  If you are having trouble, explain the look that you are trying to achieve in great detail. Your surgeon should be able to match you to the size and profile that you desire.  Trust experience, it matters.

Bruising and swelling are very common after breast augmentation surgery. If you carefully follow the post-operative instructions (especially with regards to lifting) and you should not have abnormal bleeding. If you are concerned that something is abnormal, you should always call your physician.

It is not very likely that a chiropractic adjustment could cause an implant to rupture. Most of the time we see this happening with blunt trauma to the chest — such as a car accident.
