Great question.
The way to address this is unfortunately more complicated than just looking at side profiles.
The reason is that it is impossible to see what your upper and lower jaw positions are relative to one another, and to assess your teeth and how they align top to bottom. A basic xray/ panorex would be helpful but Cephalometry is crucial in your situation along with a physical examination.
I would schedule an appointment with either a Plastic Surgeon or OMF surgeon.

The photos and the history would make a capsular contracture more likely but a thorough examination and ultrasound/ mamagraphy would be the next step in order to rule any other sinister pathology out.
Capsular contracture is when the naturally forming lining around the implant becomes thickened, this results in a firmer implant, disfiguration and finally pain and the aforementioned signs and symptoms.

Hi there,
Based on your images I would recommend a mini tummy tuck with plication of the rectus fascia.
(what i mean is that you would need some skin removed from the lower abdomen and the muscles would be brought together to improve you tummy bulge) This would flatten out the tummy and improve your flank curves.
You mentioned a BBL – I would suggest that you have the areola position altered as at the moment they are skygazer.

The way i see it you have two options:
Either find someone who is able to perform both procedures at the same time (Honestly it is a little bit nonsensical to have two plastic surgeons operate on you) or wait 6-8 weeks for the swelling from the Facelift to subside before performing the rhinoplasty.
