Hello! Thank you for your question and photos. Liposuction of your tummy would not leave you with a flat stomach in the way that a tummy tuck would. The reason is that with a tummy tuck your abdominal wall muscles are tightened and your excess loose skin is removed. That is not the case with liposuction as only the subcutaneous fat is sucked out (leaving you with loose skin and continued muscle laxity from your pregnancy that would not be touched). Hello! Thank you for your question and photos. In order to properly evaluate you and see how much scar tissue is present from your previous liposuction to see if touch-up liposuction would be an option.

I do not feel that a belt lipectomy would be indicated for you as most of your loose skin is in the front and that can be more effectively treated if you do not have a posterior lift at the same time. Hello! Thank you for your question. Liposuction will not fix a diastasis recti. This involves repair with stitching that is done as part of a tummy tuck.
