A ten pound weight gain will not add a significant amount visceral fat (fat around the organs and inside the rectus muscles) which is the fat that can cause separation of the rectus muscles. There is not a medical contra-indication to getting fillers every year. Since Restylane lasts about 6 months, Juvederm 9-12 months, and Voluma 18-24 months you would expect patients to need fillers on an annual (or least biannual) basis. The biggest concern would be overfilling an area and with the hyaluronic acids that could be addressed with hyaluronidase. It is not unusual to have some bruising with injections (Botox or fillers) because you are placing a needle into an area that has a lot blood vessels. Surgery is required to alter the folds. You should schedule a consult with a board certified surgeon that has significant experience in treating Asian eyelids–this is not something that all surgeons commonly treat.
