If you choose to have a solid silicone implant placed, it certainly will give you a better jaw line, but it does cause some wearing away of the bone over the years. You have done a great job protecting your skin from the sun, beautiful. You definitely do not need cheek or temporal implants, you have great bone structure. Augmentation of the cheek and temporal area are easily done with fillers and don't require surgery. Typically facelift procedures involve some fat injections to the face, so you may be getting an augmentation of those areas at the time of your surgery. I have the same smile and it drives me crazy! The way to make the smile more symmetrical requires using a neuromodulator like Botox, Dysport, or Jeuveau into the muscle pulling down on your lower lip. Unfortunately, there is not a way to make the opposite side pull down more effectively , so the only option is to make the strong side weaker.
