This patient was reconstructed entirely via an areolar incision. The areola was reduced on the left and an 8x16 cm sheet of acellular dermal matrix was used to revise the shape of the breasts. Implants were changed from 330cc textured round implants to Natrelle Style 40 360cc implants.
