Typically anywhere from 3-6 months after child birth can you have a breast augmentation. It really depends on your surgeon. I would recommend you see a surgeon for his requirements.

Based on your photos, I believe you would mostly benefit from having Chin Liposuction. I believe that you are still relatively young, and you can hold off on the neck lift and face lift for now. With a good Liposuction and wearing your chin compression garment right after, you should see great noticeable changes in your chin. I would definitely recommend for you to see a Plastic Surgeon for his opinion as well.

Will my boobs get bigger as they drop? I had my BA almost 3 weeks ago.

It is not common that the breast appear larger after they have dropped, you will see that they are much fuller though at the bottom of the breast, but unlikely to become bigger. They will just be evenly rounded out, as they should.

Based on your photos, I think that with just a breast augmentation you should be fine. Of course your surgeon of choice will choose one implant larger than the other, based on the fact that one of your breast is larger than the other. You should be just fine with an augmentation, good luck.

Thank you for your inquiry, based on your photos I really think you would definitely benefit from having a face lift. After we turn a certain age there is only so much a filler can do. If you would really like a drastic improvement then a face lift would be the way to go.

Great question, as of right now you are only one week post-op, you must give it the proper time to heal. Typically after 3 months you should see a significant difference, continue to do all that your surgeon recommends. If you have any concerns, definitely follow up with your surgeon.

This is normal for some patients, I recommend that you contact your surgeon first and see what he suggests that you do. I definitely would recommend that you wear a cami under your garment, and stay very moisturized. Please just try and not to scratch the area, as this can make you even more sensitive and cause you to itch even more.

Thanks for your question, the first thing you should do is look at your before photos. Was your right breast always lower than the left one? If so, then chances are that even after breast augmentation the right breast would still have more of a drop than the left. If this bothers you significantly, then you may want to consider a breast lift someday.

The amount of fat transferred depends on how much fat you have, and how much is actual fat and not liquid. The more fat you have, the better! On thin patients, I always recommend a weight gain of at least 10 lbs.

It really depends on your surgeons suggestion, most surgeons do not have any problem with a patient using a BBL Pillow/Cushion after their procedure. Of course if used properly, the best thing to do when using a BBL Pillow is using a pillow as a support behind the back so that you have that extra comfort and support needed especially when sitting in a chair at work or at home.

Thanks for your question, you are not at all obsessing! Yes Botox will help, but it is not permanent, nor will it have the same results as surgery. After a certain again, our skins elasticity is not the same, compared to when we were in our 20’s so to speak. So you would definitely have a significant change with surgery verses a filler or Botox.
